went up to psu for homecoming - had a blast. missed a few kids, but got to see a lot too :) and the rook made a special apearance just for mcnitt's b day. friday, despite crazy traffic and getting there late (and not eating dinner - bad idea) met up with james lee @ 210 and had some teas, visited er-dawg, jess, brea, and the ohara crowd (minus kell:( ), then said hi to some pct heads, and met up with matt, swigard, zinda, and dan @ 210 again. they made me pay cover twice, but i def got a free tea from the bar (and a pen for good measure). haha we'll call that even. sat was, as i mentionned before, mcnitts b day, and so we all went out to sports center. only in state college can someone pass out for an hour and people take pictures with them before you're asked to leave. haha. saw loht, but not alana :( next time!!
you'll notice i did not mention the game. i started drinking at the half. it's a good thing we kept fumbling and throwing interceptions since the defense were the only ones who were able to score. Hey mike, you want to throw to the guys in the blue jerseys, thanks. a very depressing 4-6 loss. grr!

quick update:
been very busy since eb has officially kicked off! my weekend in moco was fun, tho getting there was another story. i had to stay up late to get my office stuff done before i left, and then of course my flight was delayed 30 min. in the crappy terminal, too, so i couldnt even get the mickey d's salad i wanted. grr. then we got on the plane, and were informed that our wheels up time wasn't for another hour. i didnt even have anyone cool to talk to :(. i finally get to dulles, only to find that supershuttle is not going to Moco. the beltway was closed due to an accident, so i was forced to take metro with all my luggage - not a pretty sight. it's not like i'm that graceful to begin with. the random thing was, i was so late, not even supposed to be on the stupid metro, and ran into this girl lauren from hs. seriously hadnt seen or heard from her in like 3 years. good to see her, tho i do wish i wasnt running around all day and looking like hell im sure.
anyway, so that was my bitch session, but i did get to go out to my favorite bar in dc and hang with my girls (and a few of the guys). the bartender even gave me free shots! for the record, jeff @ rhino makes a helluva red headed slut. stayed up talking, some of us in our sleep ("yooooooo") till 5 or 6am. a good night.
sat was blah, mostly cause psu lost :(. we played well, jsut not quite good enough. hopewfully for the iowa game this week well kick some butt - ill be there. its gonna be cold as hell, so im going to have to take some "contact solution" into the game to keep warm. (you know, the kind made by vlady haha)
like i said, the rest of last week went by quickly- did get to have lunch with mike wyland and becky, which was cool. meetings were fun, got to ride round va in duane's hot new navagator. note to all of you: don't push random buttons, cause they might open up the rear hatch while traffic goes by you. not good. matt came up friday, so it was a nice weekend where i got to go out with friends yay, and got to try a few new cool restaurants. lesson of the weekend: dont let people mess with your phone!! haha

Goin down to va today for national sales meeting! yay! although the west coast trexies (meaning 6 of the class of 8) isnt going. duane and i are going to have to break out the humpty dance without miranda :(. kristin and i are going to have to be very careful about not getting hyponatremia, what without the salt. haha.
is it bad that i now relate everything geographically to home depot? if there's not a orange monster nearby, i havent seen it. thats sad. I'll have to go exploring next weekend when im up here again.

stoopid car battery died today, and i had to call maintence to jump my car. it's nice to have that jumper box thingie, but it would prolly be better if i knew how to use it. thank god i'm a girl. sorry to all the feminists out there, but as most of you know i'm a big fan of girl jobs and boy jobs. fixing cars is def a boy job.
i did get a lot done, finally got my flier under control. it looks awesome too. gonna show it to bill, babysitter/rsm for the week, and then run copies. yay!! :) and i also went out with people to a bar. drank one for you gretch, dont worry. haha.
i'm angry at ikea, cause one, my cool tv table thing broke, and then they completely messed up one of my bookshelves. one piece is brown, and im missing a side. i'm talking a big ass piece of wood, just missing.

Two days in a row! I know everyone's excited. I'm still in a really good mood, mostly cause I really enjoyed my weekend. Maybe it was put in perspective after a weekend unpacking :(. I got to goto ikea sat, and showed my mom all the cool stuff i got. It's being delivered weds, so that'll give me more stuff to do. And I saw my girl there, which was even cooler cause I didnt think id get to see her this weekend. I'm going thru withdrawl :'(
The fight was awesome for anyone who saw it. The outcome was expected, I knew Mayorga didn't take Tito seriously, plus he really doesnt have enough raw talent to be a stupid boxer. Meaning that he doesn't really have a style, or fight smart, like a Hopkins. But I did not expect him to last so long - I thought he was done, and then he pulled out another 2 rounds!! He took an insane amount of blows, and it even looked like he was just blocking the punches with his head.
I'm glad I finally got to see a fight. (I missed Roy Jones getting knocked the fuckout cause stoopid Rookies wouldnt put the fight on, and the week before, well the Phryst happened) Plus I got to see mikey and krissy, thier new place, and hung out with a bunch of friends.
It makes me really happy when I get to reconnect with people and just have a blast hanging out with them. Even Deniz made it out!! I haven't seem him in seriously years. And Candice and I went head to head - she was one up on me, but next time... ;-)

P.S. Thought of the day: Why are New Englanders so obsessed with Dunken Donuts for coffee? I get so much crap from everyone when I get Starbucks, like its the anti-dunken donuts. I don't care where I live - I'll take Starbucks coffee over dunken donuts anyday! (unless its like sumatra roast - that crap is nasty, and since i'm no longer a partner, i can say it without sugar coating it :) )
I'm not so good at updating this thing, but I know Dan enjoys stlkaing me so I guess it's time. haha
Had a short week - went down to Baltimore for a sales meeting. It was nice - got to see Bentley, Duane, and Kristin. Def missed the west coasters tho. We did manage to drink all the Miller Light, Bud, Bud Light, Mic Ultra, Coors Light, and most of the Mic Light in the bar though. haha.
Friday I took a holiday to get some stuff done, boring stuff, like going to the bank and DMV. Finally closed out another account now - I'm down to 4 bank accounts. haha.
More on the rest of my weekend tomorrow - have to save soemthing for gretchen and dan! I'm just in an awesome mood. Tomorrow I'll be working my first real show - yay! Too bad its in Mass, an hour away. sigh. Thank goodness for starbucks. They'll be seeing me bright and early tomorrow for sure.
