So Gretch decided I needed to update, so here I am. I am almost graduated, which is exciting. All I have to do is survive Senior Week, which yes is up in the air...I've had at least one drink for 22 days now, and as of graduation I'll be at 30. (it's ok, I'm 21 - you're supposed to be trying to kill your liver till you hit 22). I've promised my hoco boy James to hang out, and I will be fulfilling my goal to goto the Endzone before I graduate. yay.
I'm home for mother's day, and I'm actually really exhausted. I lost my sublet, and didnt knpow her name so I couldnt look her up, and I lost her cell phone number too so I couldnt call her. And she hadnt called me so I have no clue if she was still planningon coming. Lucky for me I stalked her ass and actually found her (talk about a needle in a haystak...with over 43,000 people!). But I had to help her move in since I felt bad - she intended on taking a taxi to move.
So I really wish these people would stop complaining that they "don't have jobs." They probably aren't looking hard enough. I mean did you look on the internet? There's tons of jobs there! And if you had an offer, you really should have taken it. I mean, who cares if it's not what you want to do, it doesn't pay you what you're worth, and you would hate working there - it's still an offer! You guys really need to get moving - it's really important to start working as soon as possible (grad early if you can) so that you can spend the next 50 years in a job/career path that you don't want to be in. I took my first offer- and that's why I'll be starting at Mcdonalds working full time as a cashier - it's a great way to utilize my 100k+ education at the best college ever!
(ok, so the last part really is true)
